Groundbreaking may occur by year’s end along the Orlando Melbourne International Airport perimeter fencing on a “fly-in hotel,” which will host executives and high-profile visitors with Embraer, Northrop Grumman, L3Harris and other major tenants.

“It’s not just going to be any Hyatt Place. It’s going to be a much different one than the normal ones that you’ll see,” airport spokesman Rob Himler said during a July 16 Melbourne Regional Chamber virtual meeting.
