James Stivers JAMES E. STIVERS
PRESIDENT

James (Jim) Stivers is President and CEO of Certified General Contractors Inc. Jim’s passion for the business is evident from the moment you meet him. He is first to arrive at the office and always in the field meeting with clients, subcontractors, superintendents and his project managers that lend to his success. Project quality is imperative to Jim and his customer focus is what drives his business.

Donald E. SibertDONALD E. SIBERT
VP/DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Eleven years ago Don joined Certified General Contractors as one of its early Superintendents. Don brought with him over 20 years of construction and management experience that eventually grew into a partnership in 2005.

Don oversees the day-to-day operations for the company, ensuring CGC’s core principles and work ethic produce quality projects. Don’s tireless zest to review all of his projects everyday and often numerous times a day to improve upon and set even higher standards are a testament to CGC’s standing in the working community.

Joseyne Santa CroceJOSEYNE SANTACROCE
VP OF FINANCE

Joseyne Santacroce heads up the accounting department for CGC. Her involvement begins at the bidding process, verifying insurance amounts, bond amounts and overall footing of the proposal before it goes out. Joseyne sets up all jobs in CGC’s construction software, Master Builder, which she proficiently uses with 10 years experience. This software generates all of CGC’s progress bills and change orders and tracks subcontractors change orders, changes to their contracts and payment amounts and payments made as well as retainage held. She also tracks all notice to owners to make sure all appropriate lien releases are collected each month to include in the billing package. Her experience in commercial construction as well as public accounting are assets to both CGC and it’s clients. Joseyne has been on the Board of Directors for CGC since 2000 and became a partner in 2007.

RYAN RUNTE
VP/SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

 Ryan specializes in working with clients from the conceptual stages of their project. Guiding clients through design, permitting, budgeting, and construction has made him a key component of the Certified team. Ryan holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida. In addition to his formal education, he has significant experience on large scale projcects, as well as working with many national customers. Ryan brings a great deal of energy and excitement to the construction process.

ADAM BROADWAY
VP/SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

 Adam Broadway is responsible coordinating and overseeing all of the projects under construction. Adam’s vast knowledge of the numerous construction processes and experience in the field has enabled him to monitor and stay involved  ”hands on” with all of our projects. Adam ensures that all of CERTIFIED’s projects are of the highest quality, and works with clients to make certain the end product exceeds their expectations.
