Adam began his career in the construction industry at the age of 18. With the hands-on field experience. He learned at an early age along with professional ambition and passion for the industry Adam moved up quickly in his career. Adam is one of the few young professionals in the industry today that has held every position in the construction process from Superintendent to Project Management, Estimating, VP of Field Operations to now President and CEO.

Adam has been with the company since 2007 was made a partner and Vice President in 2011, in 2013 Adam took over leadership of the company as the President & CEO and became one of the Principle owners along with Ryan Runte.

Ryan RunteRYAN RUNTE
Executive Vice President | Director of Operations
Ryan Runte is the Executive Vice President of Certified General Contractors and a principal owner. Ryan holds a B.S. Degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida. He also holds a LEED Certification, OSHA 30 Certification and a Florida State General Contractor license.

Before coming to CERTIFIED in 2009, Ryan worked in South Florida on multifamily projects. Currently, Ryan oversees all aspects of daily operations interacting with team members, clients, and design teams to ensure that every project runs efficiently and on schedule. His attention to detail, partnered with his “big picture” mentality has proven to be successful on all his projects.

DARRELL M ROSEDARRELL M ROSE
Sr. Project Manager – Senior Living
Darrell M. Rose has been in the construction industry for over 30 years and has worked in multiple states after graduating from The University of Kentucky. Darrell has built over $2 Billion in Construction as a Project Manager & Senior Project Manager.

ROB WEINERROB WEINER
General Superintendent
Robert Wiener has been with Certified General Contractors for 8 years. Prior to joining the team at CGC Robert has over 15 years of experience building large multifamily developments in Florida and Colorado. Robert overseas field operations working closely with field personnel to ensure that every project meets the high standards CGC has for quality, schedule and client experience.
