My Experience with Certified General Contractors Inc. was positive throughout. This is the second building you have built for me and both times CGC did a tremendous job. CGC stepped up, helped resolve the extra problems that ensued and even though it was outside the scope of their contract, and caused them delays and thus additional expenses, they did not charge us.
It is without hesitation that when the day comes for us to build a third building, we will look to CGC to do it for us. We will ensure that CGC in the future will be involved in our project from beginning to end. I believe that giving them full control of the entire project is a better approach that ensures they have the ability to do an even better job.
Best of luck! I realize how much you, Ryan and the rest of your team went to bat to give me a great building.

The work performed by Certified General Contractors on our building did not only meet our expectations, but clearly was above and beyond. Obtaining open adn competitive bidding from multiple qualified subcontractors is the key to getting the best value along with working with subcontractors that deliver quality work. Having a general contractor that works with the developer as an advocate adds value to the project and assures a quality project.

In 2007 and 2008 Certified General Contractors built two Fairfield Inn & Suites Hotels by Marriott for our company, 83 rooms in West Melbourne and 96 Rooms in Titusville Fl.
I could go on and on about the terrific job that CGC did for us in building these hotels, but probably just saying that when we build our next hotel in Brevard County, or anywhere for that matter that Certified would travel to, Certified will be our contractor.
Most General Contractors we have build our other hotels are gone in 12 months, not Certified. Certified General Contractors is the Real Deal.
If you intent to build in Brevard County and do not contact Certified General Contracts it would be your loss.

Jim Stivers and Certified General Contractors, Inc. (CG) headed up our design/build team for the new Publix and total renovation of the Indian Harbour Place shopping Center.
- The new Publix was 54,000 square feet.
- The total center with Publix was 163,9000 square feet
- The Stivers/CGC team guided this project from conception to completion,
- always focusing on the budget.
- Dave Nagrodsky and Construction Engineering Group also worked on this
- project.

Please let the letter serve as an endorsement and recommendation for the construction services your organization has provided to us. As you know I have been in the real estate ownership and development business for nearly 30 years and I can say without a doubt that the performance of your staff goes way beyond the industry standard and exceeds expectations. It is sad to think that the days of handshakes are long gone however you and your company are the exception. It is rare that folks passing by and city officials call me to let me know how good our project looks and how well it is orchestrated. After taking some credit I do let them know that your firm that deserves the accolade.
It is also important to point out that from a budgeting standpoint we were right on with each project that we tackled together.
