Please let the letter serve as an endorsement and recommendation for the construction services your organization has provided to us. As you know I have been in the real estate ownership and development business for nearly 30 years and I can say without a doubt that the performance of your staff goes way beyond the industry standard and exceeds expectations. It is sad to think that the days of handshakes are long gone however you and your company are the exception. It is rare that folks passing by and city officials call me to let me know how good our project looks and how well it is orchestrated.
