Design/Build for 15 acre charter school site with (3) education buildings and plans for future expansion. The project was designed to allow for future growth as well as satisfying the current needs of the client at their budget. The project consisted of 3 buildings and was fast tracked to allow for design, permitting, and construction all in six months.
