Description: A design/build project consisting of the renovation of an existing site with Winn-Dixie as an anchor to a new Publix. The surrounding tenant spaces were upgraded both interior and exterior to compliment the new Publix. New utilities, landscaping, irrigation, and storm drain system were installed to bring the site up to standards. Construction was performed while the surrounding tenants remained open. Safety was a high priority as the surrounding tenant spaces remained open for business during construction.
