Certified General Contractors was awarded the contract to complete the Canova Park Project located in Brevard County Fl. This project consisted of the extensive sitework, paving, landscaping,  3,000 sf multi purpose building, open pavillion, bollard lighting, and many other improvements.

Certified was awarded the design/build contract on Fire Station No. 1 for the City of Palm Bay. This 15,000 sf Fire Station will be the benchmark for fire stations across the country. The entire community is excited to see this new state of the art facility that is scheduled to be completed in July 2012.

 

Certified General Contractors was hired as the design/builder for Professional Aircract Accessories new 20,000 sf expansion. Additionally CERTIFIED is renovating 45,000 sf of their existing facility. This project is located at the Titusville Airport and is currently ahead of schedule.

On April 14, 2010 Certified General Contractors signed a contract with Mount Moriah Missionary Baptist Church of Palm Bay Florida to build a 22,000 SF Family Life Center behind their church at 2295 Dr Harvey Riley Street in Palm Bay, Florida. CGC is heading up the design team consisting of Dave Nagrodsky Architects and Construction Engineering Group LLC and expect to break ground in the fourth quarter 2010.
