Design/Build lead for 2 story fast track project completed in an incredible 89 days including design, permitting and construction. The project consisted of the completion of a 2 story shell which sat uninhabited with no roof for over 10 years. The project was designed, permitted, and completed in 60 days. Receiving numerous accolades from the City of Palm Bay’s Growth Management department.
