Design/Build lead for new 5 story, 58826 sq ft building.

Description: 5 story 58,526 sq ft building consisting of poured in place concrete floors on composite metal deck, steel columns and beams, CMU exterior with EIFS finish, built up Soprema roofing system, storefront windows and a curtain wall system round out the exterior. Interior features include 500kva standby generator, chilled water HVAC, integrated UPS system, and interior finishes consistent with an upgraded municipal building. This two year project instantly became a Melbourne Landmark as well as one of CGC’s signature projects.
