CGC is proud to announce that on December 8, 2010, we were awarded a design build contract to build the Palm Bay City Hall Annex. The project will be located immediately in front of the existing City Hall. The new three story building will be approximately 27,000 square feet. The Design-Build Team for this project is the same team that built the Melbourne City Hall consisting of Certified General Contractors, Inc, David L Nagrodsky, Inc. and Construction Engineering Group, LLC.

On Tuesday, January 11, 2011 there was a groundbreaking ceremony at the job site. In attendance was the Mayor and City Council, Palm Bay City Hall Management, Dignitaries and the Design-Build Team.
